Welcome to our Preschool Fee Structure page. We would like to provide you with important information regarding our funding and attendance policies.

Please note that while we do offer several fully funded places, these are provided at our discretion and are not guaranteed. We carefully allocate these based on our availability and criteria.

To ensure the best possible experience for all our children, we have established minimum attendance requirements. For children over the age of three, the minimum attendance is set at 18 hours a week. For children who are 2 years old, the minimum attendance is 3 hours a day, 3 days a week.

Regarding the use of funding, our funded pattern of delivery is as follows:

  • FEET (Funded Early Education for Two-Year-Olds) or Working 2-Year Funding is available from 9:30 am to 14:30 pm, Monday to Friday.
  • FEE (Applicable the term after a child’s 3rd Birthday) and Extended Funding (30 hours, applicable the term after a child turns 9 month) can be utilized from 9:30to2:30 or 9:30to15:30, depending on your chosen schedule.

Hours outside of the pattern of delivery are charged for privately at our hourly rate or wrap around rate.

We accept payments via Childcare Vouchers and we are registered for parents to via their Tax Free Childcare Account.

At our preschool, we deeply believe that the quality of care we provide is paramount, which is why we have set minimum attendance requirements.

This is not just a policy, but a commitment to ensuring that every child receives the attention and consistency they need to thrive.

By maintaining a minimal register, we avoid overburdening our staff, allowing them to focus fully on each child’s individual needs.

This approach is in line with the Steiner ethos, which emphasizes the importance of a consistent routine for young children’s development. We are passionate about creating an environment where your child feels secure, supported, and nurtured every day. This is why our minimum attendance policy is in place —it’s about giving your child the very best start.
