Our curriculum is designed to nurture kind, curious, and independent children who feel safe, valued, and fully prepared for their next stage of learning. We achieve this by providing purposeful play opportunities that encourage exploration, creativity, and self-expression, ensuring each child’s voice is heard and respected.
We place a strong emphasis on personal, social, and emotional development (PSED), communication and language, and physical development as the foundations for lifelong learning. Our bespoke curriculum has been carefully developed to meet the unique needs of our setting and community, inspiring awe and wonder while enriching children’s cultural capital through diverse experiences, stories, and resources.
To ensure our curriculum meets the needs of every child, we closely observe and assess their learning and development using ongoing formative assessments. These insights enable us to tailor our teaching and support individual learning journeys, ensuring all children make meaningful and sustained progress from their unique starting points.
As a result, children leave us confident, resilient, and well-equipped with the skills, knowledge, and dispositions to thrive in their future education and beyond.
Our bespoke curriculum incorporates:
- Mental Wellbeing and Self-Care: We emphasize the importance of emotional health, we role model mindfulness and self-awareness & teach positive coping strategies to support their overall mental wellbeing.
