Located in the heart of Cranleigh, our preschool provides an environment where children aged 2-5 years flourish through holistic learning experiences.

We’re seeking exceptional educators who share our vision of child-centered development and believe in the power of learning through play, nature connection, and creative expression.

With our 1:5 teacher-to-child ratio and maximum capacity of 25 children per day, you’ll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on each child’s journey.

What sets us apart: • A supportive team environment with 4-6 dedicated professionals • Commitment to professional development and growth • Focus on STEM, cooking, outdoor learning, and arts • Strong emphasis on mental well-being for both children and staff • Opportunity to work in a setting transitioning to year-round care by September 2025

If you’re passionate about early years education, hold relevant qualifications, and want to be part of a preschool that’s redefining early childhood education, we’d love to meet you. At Little Hearts, every team member plays a vital role in creating magical moments that shape our children’s futures.
